Return Window - 14 Days

How to Return

  • Register your return through our portal or contact support.
  • You’re responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
  • To ensure a refund, use a trackable and insured service — we aren’t responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
  • Duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For international returns, VAT is included when applicable.

Warranty - 1 Year

  • ZOBE rings are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • The warranty excludes:
    1. Normal wear and tear (e.g. superficial scratches on ceramic
    2. Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged rings
  • Activated devices (e.g., if you've already connected the ring via NFC app)
  • Items outside the 14-day return window
  • Items not purchased on ZOBE official website
