Return Window – 14 Days
You may return your unused and undamaged Zobe Ring within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Register your return through our portal or contact support
- You’re responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
- To ensure a refund, use a trackable and insured service — we aren’t responsible for lost returns.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For refunds & returns, VAT will be applied when applicable.
Warranty – 1 Year
- Zobe Rings are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- The warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. superficial scratches on ceramic)
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged rings
- Activated devices (e.g., if you’ve already connected the ring via NFC app)
- Items outside the 14-day return window
- Items not purchased on Zobe official website
