Delivery Time

Please allow the following times for delivery:

  • UAE: TBC
  • Rest of the world: TBC

Orders to remote locations or involving out-of-stock items may take longer.

Please contact ZOBE customer service if you have a delivery inquiry. We reserve the right to adjust pricing in case of technical errors or mispricing.

Delivery Charges

We currently offer free shipping in the UAE for orders over $99. Goods are shipped from our regional warehouses.

Prices include VAT where applicable. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. ZOBE ships orders Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for any return shipments due to cancelled orders, faulty products, etc.

Confirmation

After making a purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Keep this email for reference. If you need to contact ZOBE customer support, have this email hand

Payment Options

ZOBE accepts international payments via VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, and American Express. We use secure checkout processes to protect your information.

Security

ZOBE uses 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode) to safeguard your transactions. Your card authentication is processed securely to prevent unauthorized use.

Right to Cancel an Order

You may cancel any order placed on ZOBE within 14 days. Contact customer service to register your return using your order number and email used at checkout.

Effects of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, we'll refund your payment including standard delivery fees (excluding express delivery). Returns must be made within 14 days. You'll bear the return shipping cost.

Transportation

ZOBE is responsible for your item until delivery. If your product is damaged in transit, contact customer service within 14 days of receipt. We are not responsible for damage during returns.

Non-Picked Up Goods

If an order is not collected, ZOBE reserves the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from your original payment.

Incorrect or Duplicate Orders

If you receive incorrect or duplicate products, ZOBE will cover the cost of returning them. Contact us immediately with your order details.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g., war, natural disasters, strikes), ZOBE obligations may be delayed or canceled. We'll do our best to resolve such issues promptly.

Violation of Rules

ZOBE reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders. We also reserve the right to take legal action against violations of our terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Users must comply with all applicable local and international laws when using the ZOBE platform.
