Welcome to Zobe (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zobe mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “App”). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

By using the Zobe App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction. You also agree that you are using the App for personal, non-commercial purposes and that you are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations.

Keep your information accurate, current and complete.
You’re responsible for safeguarding your password and account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is made available via third-party stores (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play). Zobe is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any store operator, and your use of the App is also subject to their terms and policies.

You’re solely responsible for any data, messaging or telecommunication charges.
5.1 Supported Devices. Follow the in-App flow to link Zobe rings, bracelets or key fobs.
5.2 Multiple Wearables. You may register multiple devices, name each, and assign default cards.
5.3 Activation Safety. Complete activation yourself—do not share your payment card or personal data with third parties. If you need help, contact Zobe Support.
5.4 Own Cards Only. Only add payment cards belonging to you.
5.5 Loss or Theft. Immediately disable or delete any lost or stolen wearable. We aren’t responsible for unauthorized transactions before you disable the device.
6.1 Third-Party Issuers. Payment features come via licensed banks and partners. Your card issuer’s terms also apply. Zobe is not a party to your agreement with your issuer. Issuance, suspension or revocation of any token is subject to your issuer’s rules.
6.2 Authorization. Each tap is your authorization. Dispute transactions directly with your issuer.
6.3 Fees. The App is free to use; standard bank or network fees may apply.
6.4 Data Accuracy Disclaimer. We don’t guarantee that data from you or third parties (e.g. your card issuer) is correct, complete, or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for such data.
7.1 Privacy Policy. How we collect, use and share data is in our separate Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to it.
7.2 Token & Metadata Storage. No payment card data or transaction details are stored on our servers or on your wearable—only a token identifier and minimal metadata (e.g. last-4, card type) reside on your device.
7.3 Security Measures. We use industry-standard encryption and tokenization, but no system is 100% secure; you use the App at your own risk.
All content, logos, designs and trademarks in the App are our property or licensed to us. No rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
9.1 “As-Is” Basis. THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
9.2 Compatibility. We do not guarantee the App works on all hardware or software.
9.3 Access Suspension. We may suspend or withdraw access to the App or features, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. For permanent changes, we’ll use reasonable efforts to notify you via in-App message or email.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOBE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Zobe and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claim or loss arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. On termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases. Sections 5–12 survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
